About Us

Real Estate Tutor was initially set up to help students struggling with poorly put together course material and difficult to understand lecturers, frequently at some of the UK’s top universities. Our mission was to deliver students a service that would guarantee a minimum pass, through demystifying complex (or complexly structured!) lecture material and explaining it in a straight-forward, logical way that makes sense to the average student.
Professors can sometimes embellish in the academia and overcomplicate, whilst our tutor, with over 15 years in professional practice, prefers to break down exactly what happens in financial markets and funds, giving real-life examples and models that gives the student a fuller grasp on the lecture material.

Today, we now offer a full suite of available services, ranging from purchasable institutional grade commercial/residential real estate investment appraisal models to structured Real Estate and Private Equity financial modelling courses for all levels of ability.

Our tutor, Dan, is an expert Financial Modeller and Real Estate Investment Manager with over 15 years of experience in managing funds, coaching analysts and building large complex real estate/equity models for a diverse variety of purposes.
